What kind of image can I upload?

Upload a clear, front-facing photo with the person's full face visible. Natural lighting works best — avoid heavy shadows, filters, or sunglasses. The clearer the photo, the more accurate your doll will look!

Will you edit my photo before printing?

Yes! We enhance every photo for quality, and our team individually and manually designs your custom doll cutout and outfit by hand. That said, starting with the clearest photo possible gives you the best result.

Is the pillow machine washable?

Please do not wash your doll. Since it contains a voice button inside, it is not machine washable. If it gets dirty, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Note: any Pillow Mommy dolls without a voice button are machine washable.

How long does production and shipping take?

Once you place your order, we'll send you a digital mockup within 24 hours for your approval. After you approve, we produce and ship your doll the next day!
